Mrs Sirrelle reports: “We have a very special spotlight display in the library this week and next. Our dedicated student librarian and World War 2 enthusiast Penny has been busy at work over the past few weeks planning and designing a very topical VE Day display! We think she has done an amazing job of hand-picking VE Day and World War 2 themed books in both fiction and non-fiction categories, as well as preparing colourful bunting to make it eye catching. It has already had a great response and lots of interest from other students – well done Penny!”
