Mrs Clark reports: “Last week, we celebrated both Anti-Bullying Week and Inter-Faith Week in tutor time. During “The Big Question”, students discuss and debate the question of the week and last week’s question was “Is education or punishment the most effective way to handle bullying?” Debates take place in each tutor group and each tutor group shares their thoughts via a class survey.

We ended the week with karaoke in the hall during Friday lunchtime. As it was raining, our entertainers had a packed audience and the atmosphere was incredible. From Crazy Frog to Waterloo to We’ll Meet Again to Last Christmas, our karaoke volunteers gave it their all and the audience loved every second. When students were asked if they would like to do karaoke again soon, there was a resounding “YES!” from everyone in the room!”
