Mrs Evans reports: “On Saturday morning, 11 Bradon Forest students represented North Wiltshire at the Area Cross Country Championships at Sheldon School.

In perfect running conditions, Andrea W, Will H, Harry J and Ayden D ran in the Minors races with Andrea finishing 13th and consequently being selected to represent Wiltshire in the South West Championships in February!

Max J and Corey C ran in the Junior Boys race, and both gave excellent performances to finish in 3rd and 4th place respectively and both also qualifying. Elsie S ran in the inter-girls’ race and finished an excellent 6th to also qualify.

Finally, James M, Alex L, Zak C and Josiah H ran in the inter boys race with James finishing 2nd and Alex 7th, both qualifying which capped off a great day all round for Bradon.

Massive well done to all runners and we wish Andrea, Max, Corey, Elsie, James and Alex all the best for the South West Champs in Exeter.
