Mr Payne reports: “The U16’s put in a strong and disciplined performance against Commonweal School, going into half-time level at 0–0 after a well-organised and determined first half. The team worked tirelessly for one another, showing great teamwork and commitment both in and out of possession. Despite their efforts, the opposition managed to break the deadlock in the second half and went on to score three goals. The final score of 3–0 didn’t reflect the hard work and spirit shown by the players, who continued to battle until the final whistle. Overall, it was a performance full of effort, resilience, and excellent team play.”
