Mrs Clark organised a great visitor last week: “Thank you to Richard from the Stay Safe Initiative who visited school last Friday and delivered workshops with our Year 7 and 8 students about staying safe online. Titled “Digital Empowerment Programme”, our Year 7s and 8s learned all how to be safe in group chats, avoid peer pressure, respond if someone is spreading hate online and that what happens in the group chat, never just stays in the group chat. Students listened carefully and eagerly joined in with the discussion. Lots of our students remember Richard from visiting their primary schools and it’s always a pleasure to see him at Bradon Forest!”
