Being the parent of a young person can present many challenges at home and have an impact on learning in school. It’s always best to get help early and a Parent Support Advisor can offer advice and information to guide you. This includes support with:
- Challenging behaviour
- Sleep
- Attendance
- Homework
- Learning at home
- Signposting to school and local services
- Parent evenings
- School procedures
Our Parent Support Advisor is Carrie Alexander who contacts parents when a referral for support has been made in school.
Early Help – This document provides a summary of our internal, staged support which aims to provide targeted support for our students. In sharing our Early Help provision, we hope to provide both clarity and transparency about it shows the ways in which we support students so they can flourish.
